Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn, with the reception in a covered tent. Please choose footwear suitable for grass, and consider bringing a jacket as temperatures can be cool in the evening.

Where do I park?

Answer

We strongly encourage guests to park at their desired hotels and walk/uber to the wedding location. If unable to do so, there is parking at the Lionshead Parking Structure about 1/4 of a mile away from the location. There is also a free Town of Vail bus. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Our wedding dress code is formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm.
