The Shields Wedding

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.
The venue is a short walk from the hotels listed on our Travel page. While there is no parking directly at the venue, the Lionshead Parking Structure is only a five-minute walk. In addition, there are plenty of Ubers and the Town of Vail bus. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a grassy lawn, with the reception in a covered tent. Please choose footwear suitable for grass, and consider bringing a jacket as temperatures can be cool in the evening.

Please join us to keep the music and fun going after the reception! You can Uber, take the free town bus (dropping off at The Covered Bridge stop), or walk about 20 minutes (flip flops provided) to The George Vail. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
