It all began when Nathaniel and Michaela started middle school. They knew eachother from passing in the halls. Nathaniel tried to score early on - constantly messaging Michaela on Facebook while Michaela said, “stop messaging me!”. High school came around and Michaela and Nathaniel reconnected through the snack bar, run by Nathaniel’s dad. She started helping out here and there. Michaela and Nathaniel bonded over making hot chocolate. Michaela and Nathaniel got close during junior year and you would often see Michaela cheering him on at his track meets or Nathaniel bringing Michaela coffee in the morning before classes started. When college came they both drifted apart but constantly would remain in touch. They would give eachother dating advice. One famous line from Michaela to Nathaniel, “Nate, the right one will come at the right time” - and that it did. As college started coming to a close, Nathaniel and Michaela slowly started becoming closer. They were very close friends and honestly do not even have a dating start date! The rest is history.
