Are gifts & cards accepted at the wedding?
Answer
Due to us traveling via car with our large pup from Maine back to Colorado, we ask that all gifts be sent directly to us through our registry. You are more than welcome to bring a card or envelope and drop it as you walk in.

How can I see pretty leaves?

We are PUMPED that the Camden Snow Bowl will have it's chair lifts running on Saturday & Sunday so you can view the gorgeous fall leaves. If you choose Saturday, just don't be late for the wedding! https://camdensnowbowl.com/2021-fall-chairlift-rides/

If you're looking for a classic Maine lobster dinner without all the frills, Muscongus Bay Lobster Co is your spot! If you're looking for a restaurant walkable to where Welcome Drinks will occur, Damariscotta has tons of options for you - The Shuck Station, Damariscotta River Grill, Oysterhead Pizza & more!

How far is Acadia National Park?
Answer
Acadia National Park is located in Bar Harbor, Maine & is about two hours north of our venue. It's where we had our first date! While the drive may seem far, it's totally worth the day trip.

When should I book accommodations?
Answer
Yesterday. But really, book ASAP! I know we have been stressing this a lot, but we really do suggest you book early. Pumpkinfest in Damariscotta takes place this weekend every year. There are tons of fall things for you to do (including the pumpkin regatta) but this is the busiest weekend for this small town, so housing is limited. This goes for rental cars too!

Should we make a trip out of this weekend?

Absolutely! We truly believe that Midcoast Maine is one of the most beautiful spots in the country. There are endless things to do, places to visit & incredible eats in the area. We also plan to have several events throughout the weekend. Maybe you're one of the lucky few who has off work Monday!

Do you have a hotel room block?
Answer
We do not. Where our wedding is located there are not any brand name hotels. Airbnb, Vrbo & local Bed & Breakfasts will be your best bet! We strongly suggest that you book early, as our wedding weekend is one of the best (& busiest) weekends of the year. Check out our travel & accommodation section for more detailed information.
