FOOD ALLERGIES: Please specify food allergies with the guest's name and phone number. The caterer will take responsible precautions to avoid cross contamination and exposure to allergens but cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments.
CHILDREN: Children 12 and under may eat the buffet dinner or request a chicken tender box (includes mac & cheese and veggie). Please indicate how many children's boxes are needed and the age of the child(ren) requesting it.
