APPETIZERS: • Fruit, veggie, cheese platters with crackers and ranch dip • Buffalo chicken dip • Meatballs marinara • Cheesesteak sliders • Turkey and cheese sliders with rosemary mayo • Crab bites BUFFET: • Marry Me Chicken (aka Tuscan chicken in a cream sauce) • Pork tenderloin medallions basted with barbeque sauce • Mashed potatoes • Green beans • Assorted desserts CHILDREN: Children 12 and under can request a chicken tender box which includes mac and cheese and a veggie. Please request this as part of your RSVP.
• PARKING: ranch staff will direct you to the lot across from the ceremony site. • CEREMONY: before 4:30 make your way to the white chairs on the grassy knoll. • BUNK HOUSE: just to the right is a brown 3 story building with a ramp at the front or steps to the right of the building that take you to the main floor where you will find the men's and women's restrooms, a casual living room, and a community room with a few tables and chairs. There are also two levels of decks with additional seating. You will find picnic tables and assorted yard games near the lower-level deck. • THE LAWN: after the ceremony head over to the lawn at the right of the Bunk House for hor d'eurves, cocktails, and reception seating assignments but feel free to find seating in or around the Bunk House. There is also seating around the fire pit on the lawn. • PEACE PAVILION: at approximately 6:00 pm we'll enter through the brown barn doors at the near end of the pavilion for dinner, dancing, and toasts. At approximately 9:30, guests will grab their phones and filters and gather on both sides of the paved walkway to send off the bride and groom.
• Restrooms are located on Bunk House main floor. • Wear comfortable flats or wedge heels. • Bring an extra layer to keep you warm after dark. • If convenient, bring an umbrella, just in case.
PRAYER! • The ceremony will move to the Peace Pavilion. • All guests should find their assigned seats. • The ceremony will be held at the open end with the mountain view as a backdrop. • After the ceremony, we will evaluate if we can move outdoors for the cocktail hour. • If not, all events will be held in the Peace Pavilion. • Unfortunately, there are no restrooms in the Peace Pavilion, and you will still need to make your way over to the Bunk House. • For those driving, you might want to have an umbrella in the trunk just in case.
• Guests are welcome to walk the event grounds. • Please stay within designated areas and on paths. • Please do not enter any other buildings. • Please drive slowly - the speed limit is 15 mph. • Park in the designated parking areas only. • Please do not feed any animals, not even grass. • Don't startle animals (run, yell, throw or kick at). • Don't attempt to ride or lead animals. • Supervise children closely at all times. • No other pets are allowed. • Service animals must remain on a leash. • No weapons are allowed on the property.
