Hey, y’all! My names Maleia, and I’m Macaela’s older sister/roommate/bff. I’m a certified surgery veterinary technician, so I’m fascinated with animals. I love to cook, bake, garden, workout, and act a fool. Macaela was one of the first people I told that I’m non-binary (they/them pronouns), and she’s been the strongest aspect of support in my life since. I’m so excited to see such an amazing person celebrate the best day of her life! 💕

Hi, I'm Scott! I am Josh's older brother, so I have known him his whole life! Ever since he was little, we have been making each other laugh harder than anyone else. He is my best friend and I have a world of the respect for him. No one understands you like your siblings, and Josh has been so supportive and loving through every season. I still remember the September day I met Macaela—she was glistening in the sun! Little did I know it was just a hint of her glowing personality and love for others. I love Josh & Macaela so much and could not be happier for them.

Hey! My name is Tori Wright and I'm 24 years old from East Liverpool, OH! I currently moved to Columbus where I started a new job in a molecular laboratory as a Microbiology/Immunoserology Analyst! Mac and I are actually cousins so I've pretty much known her my whole life. We grew up together and even went to college together at YSU! A little bit about me--I'm pretty outgoing and love to laugh and have fun with my family and friends! I can't wait to share in this special moment with my best friend! I'm beyond excited for their special day and honored to be a part of it!

Hi, my name’s Ryan, I’m an architect from Naples, Italy! Josh and I met at Judson University as freshmen in 2014, and I’m happy to call him one of my closest friends since then! Through the years, I’ve come to know him as one of the most loyal, loving, and hilarious friends anyone could ask for. That’s why I was so excited when he met Macaela and I realized how perfect they are for each other. I love them both so much and could not be more excited celebrate their special day with them!

Hey! My name is Courtnie! I grew up with Macaela in East Liverpool, Ohio. We met when we were in 4th grade and have been best friends ever since! We actually are more like sisters! I have been a substitute teacher for the past 3 years. I recently graduated with my master's in school counseling. I am very excited for the future and everything it holds! I am even more excited for my friend/sister to marry the love of her life! I am so blessed to have a friend/sister like Macaela! It is an honor to be involved in her beautiful and special day!

Mac and I met 7 years ago at a coffee shop in Youngstown, Ohio. I thought Mac was the coolest person ever and loved her style! Our friendship grew instantly and to this day I consider Mac family rather than a friend. We have been through so much together over the years and supported one another following our dreams. I am a weather morning anchor in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Fun Fact, The first time I met Josh in an airport! You can always find me in a pair of yellow crocs cheering on others to be their best selves!

Then a couple of girls hosted a small group at our church, I met Mac, then Josh, two I love so MUCH! We became besties so quick, it was an answered prayer; Now Mac and Josh are getting hitched, love is in the (bel)AIR!

I'm Rhegan! I am a senior at the University of Pittsburgh about to graduate in May! I am currently working as a patient care technician at UPMC. I love helping my patients, and I hope to continue to care for others as I move forward in my career. I am planning on going to medical school after taking a gap year to do research. I first met Macaela in our church small group and now we have become besties and even have our own podcast together!

Hi! My name’s Michael and I’m a Shift Manager at Starbucks in Indiana! Freshman year of college, I met the goofball known as Josh. We grew to be quite the pals overtime. One day, he called me on the phone telling me about this girl that he couldn’t get enough of: The kind of girl you just want to explain every little detail about to everyone you know, because you couldn’t stop thinking about them and wanted to explode with joy! (And that was only after the first date) So yeah, I knew at that point, Macaela was something special to him. And for the few times we’ve all hung out, I could tell she’s just the right amount of goofball for him. I’m so excited to be a part of their wedding and can’t wait to see them continue to grow together!

Mac and I have been best friends since we met & even got to be roommates for some time! I am a 2nd grade teacher in Pittsburgh & also teach gymnastics in my free time! I am extremely honored to stand next to Mac & Josh on their big day! Hi! I’m Christian and I’ve been friends with Josh since we were assigned as freshman roommates. I think we both appreciate that we got paired with someone who valued companionship and humor. Some of the hardest times I’ve laughed have been with Josh. Although our friendship has been physically distant since graduation in 2018, we’ve remained close in spirit. He has a rare ability to be humorous and genuine and knows the time and place to be each one. Anyone who knows Josh knows that his words hold care, wisdom, and value. It took me far too long to meet Macaela in person, but once I did, I immediately saw all that Josh raved about. Macaela is one-of-a-kind and extends her kindness and love so graciously and beautifully. I love a good celebration and I can’t wait for this October!
