La Isla
We highly recommend coming here for breakfast. This breakfast place offers traditional Mexican cuisine right by the pool. We recommend the Swiss Enchilada, pictured here if you love cheese.
Santa Fe Grill
Santa Fe Grill offers both traditional American breakfast and Mexican cuisine. The chicken enchiladas were one of the best we have had. If you prefer to have meat in your enchiladas, I would highly recommend this dish.
Jade
This restaurant is located in Generations hotel and serves Pan Asian food. We highly recommend the sashimi here and ordering the "Catch of the Day". Paired with wine, and a great ocean view, it is definitely worth a try if you love fancy ambience.
D'Italia Casitas
If you enjoy fancy italian food, here is your place. We arguably think it is one of the best Italian restaurants we've been to even compared to LA. Here, we suggest ordering Beef tenderloin and any pasta!
La Cabana Pizzeria
If you like thin crust pizza, mexican nachos and nice cocktails by the pool, you have to try this place! We recommend having any pizza on the menu. Definitely a good place to eat after a nice swim in the pool!
Paloma Cocktail
You can order this drink at any bar on the resort. I highly recommend this refreshing grapefruit tequila mixed drink with a sugar rim. If you want to try a cocktail that is not typically served in the states, this is one to try! You can also order it as it comes if you prefer salt rim, but I like sugar rims. I loved this drink so much, this will be a drink at our wedding - Mable.
