Question
I tried to add the hotel booking to my basket and price went from $700 to $900+?
Answer
The price adjusts accordingly to the amount of people staying in one room. The 963.75 is the actual price you would pay if you book the room for single occupancy. If you book a room with three people, then the price for each of you would be 694.75, which is the lowest.
Question
Will transportation from Cancun Airport to Hotel be included?
Answer
Yes this is included in your package when you book your hotel. When you arrive at the airport, please make sure to find the "Loma Travels" booth and avoid the information booths as you make your way outside of the airport. They will provide a safe shuttle directly to the resort.

What does "All-Inclusive" stay mean?
Answer
It means the resort will provide our wedding guests with unlimited food, drinks, activities and entertainment that is included in the booking price of the resort. Please note that some restaurants will want to provide a premium option of wine, or premium experiences that will be additional costs. You can just ask for "House Wine" or "House Cocktails" to avoid the extra charge. There will also be additional excursions that you will have to reserve and also pay for if you would like to go off the resort. However, plane tickets to Cancun airport are at your own expense and is not included in the booking.

Not sure where to start, what do I do first?

1. Please make sure you have your passport and that it is not expired. You will need to make an appointment with USPS to apply for a passport and please allow at least 6 months for it to arrive. 2. Use the link BOOK NOW at the top of this website to book your room. Please click the green button that says "VIEW" to enter our customized link for booking hotel rooms. If you have any adjustments needed for your rooms, please contact our travel agent, Natalie Gale. Her e-mail is natalie@strideley.com 3. Book your flight! You can do flight bookings using our agent Natalie, but you have to book the room first before you book the flight so she can have your information. 4. Request time off of work. Please make sure to request time off of work to accomodate travels. You will have to fly in Friday, March 24 2023 and fly out Monday, March 27 2023 if you are not planning to extend your stay. 5. When booking your flight, make sure you get the morning flight, its a 6 hour flight!
Question
Can I find my own hotel or book my own room using different services?
Answer
Yes you can. But please keep in mind that if you book outside of the designated hotel, there is a $100 day pass you will have to pay in addition to transportation to the actual wedding. We understand that some guests will not prefer "All-inclusive" but we do highly recommend it as it is an experience worth experiencing and will make the trip convenient for you.
