Similarly to above, most guests will be staying Friday, September 5 through Sunday, September 7, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like! When booking, be sure to mention the Mortel/Maavich wedding to receive the group rate. Rooms tend to fill quickly and prices go up as September gets closer, so booking before June is your best bet for the lowest rate.

Shuttle

Transportation

September 6, 2025 9:30 pm - 12:00 am

For your convenience, we will have free shuttles running between the hotel and our venue. We encourage guests to take advantage of this service so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration! - Before the Wedding: Shuttles will pick up guests from both hotels and head to the venue at 3:00 and 3:30 PM. - After Dinner: Return shuttles will begin at 9:30 PM and continue every 30 minutes until midnight. If you’d rather drive, parking is available at the venue, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight. Rideshares like Uber are also accessible in the area!
