FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you RSVP to the events as soon as you can! The final deadline to RSVP is August 1, 2025. After this date, we’ll need to assume you're not able to attend, as our vendors require an accurate guest count in advance. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm, so we kindly ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early. This will give you time to park, mingle, and find your seat. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony starts, we’ll invite you to join us for the reception.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (fingers crossed for sunshine!), so we recommend dressing comfortably according to the weather. After the ceremony, we'll head indoors for the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. For those who want to enjoy the evening air, we’ll also have cozy fire stations outside!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed when you RSVP. Please feel free to reach out with questions!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please come in your best cocktail attire — we recommend against jeans or denim, and kindly avoid wearing white. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone, we’re limited in the number of guests we can invite. The RSVP section here will be specific and list the names of any children who are invited.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there’s plenty of parking available. And if you’d like to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, feel free to do so.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To help everyone stay fully present during the ceremony, we ask that you put your phones and cameras away, at a silenced setting. We have a professional photographer capturing all the special moments for you to enjoy later! Feel free to snap as many photos and videos as you’d like once the ceremony is over.

Question

Will there be options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other special diets, options?

Answer

We will hope to accommodate this and will be taking all noted diets on our RSVP cards into account!

Question

Who can I contact with additional questions?

Answer

Please contact either Ryan (815-703-4173) or Mckenna (715-928-3256) directly with any questions!
