Ben & Christina met in 2018 at George Mason University. As the old saying goes, "nothing is cooler than a co-ed professional business fraternity," which Christina soon realized when she joined Alpha Kappa Psi. Ben was already a member, but in the Netherlands studying abroad. Nevertheless, they kept hearing good things about one another and upon Ben's return home, they hit it off immediately! Soon they were an inseparable, globe-trotting duo!

That morning, Christina got into the car thinking a generous Ben was planning to drop her off at the alumni swim team event at the George Mason University pool. Little did she know that Ben had a meticulously styled ring in his pocket. Upon arrival on campus, Ben insisted they drive to the pond, get out of the car, and walk to the site where he first got her number and texted her pretending to need information for a party he already knew about. After getting down on one knee, she said yes! All of our family and friends were waiting at a nearby brewery for an immediate engagement party.
