When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by September 30th, 2026. To ensure we can plan accordingly, please submit your response through our wedding website's RSVP tab before this date. Regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate guests who miss this deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please note that the venue doors will close at 6:15pm, and no additional guests will be admitted after that time.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal Attire Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire. We kindly request that all guests adhere to the following guidelines: For Masculine-Presenting Guests: • Slacks • Button-up shirt • Dress shoes • Neck tie or bow tie For Feminine-Presenting Guests: • Blouses • Skirts below the knee • Dresses below the knee • Heels or dressy flats Please note: Guests arriving in casual attire will be asked to change before entering the venue. Those unable to meet the dress code may be respectfully asked to leave. Color Restrictions: • White (in any shade) • Yellow/Gold (reserved for groomsmen) • Red/Burgundy (reserved for bridal party)

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes a "Plus 1" or you've received explicit permission from the bride and groom, you are welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, please plan to attend the wedding solo. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our invitation guidelines.

While we've thoughtfully designed our wedding to be an adult-focused celebration, we welcome guests with older teens (16 and above) after obtaining our personal approval. If childcare arrangements prevent you from attending, we'll warmly share a digital recording of our ceremony so you can still be part of our special day with your loved ones.

Yes! Please reach out to the bride or groom to inform them of any food allergies. We want to ensure your safety and comfort, and we'll be happy to provide appropriate meal alternatives that accommodate your dietary needs. If you are unable to reach the bride and groom please feel free to speak to the Best Man and/or Matron of Honor.

While we can't guarantee the exact conditions, we recommend packing warm, breathable clothing and a heavy rain jacket to ensure you're prepared for potential snow or cold temperatures. Where should I sit?

Answer

All guests will be assigned specific seats for both the ceremony and reception. At the reception entrance, a seating chart will guide you to your designated table. During the ceremony, ushers will help you find your seat in the pews, and we kindly request that you sit toward the front to create an intimate and inclusive atmosphere.

What time should I go home?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will conclude at 11:00pm, which is when we'll be departing the venue. The venue will officially close at 11:30pm, and guests remaining after that time will be responsible for their own arrangements if asked to leave due to the venue's curfew.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests be fully present during our ceremony. While we appreciate your desire to capture the moment, we ask that cameras and phones remain silenced and put away. Our professional photographer will beautifully document the entire event, and we'll be delighted to share those professional images with you after our first dance. You'll receive these cherished photographs via mail within 2-3 weeks of the wedding. Feel free to enjoy capturing memories during the reception!

Our wedding celebrates the enchantment of "Beauty & The Beast" through its theme. While we warmly invite guests to dress in keeping with the spirit of the occasion, it's completely optional. What matters most is your presence—whether you arrive in bright orange or a sparkly dark blue, we'll simply be thrilled to have you with us. Yes! We'll be serving wine and champagne at the bar provide by the Crystal Ballroom, and we kindly ask all guests to enjoy responsibly. Our venue maintains a strict alcohol policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone. Bar staff are authorized to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or cannot provide proper identification. If any guest becomes disruptive due to excessive drinking, they may be asked to leave, with venue security prepared to assist if necessary.
