Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is another option for guests traveling from out of state. It is located 1 hour from the wedding venue. Rental cars or Uber transportation from the airport are recommended if traveling from out of state. Lyft is unavailable in this region.

Beach rentals are also available in Pensacola and Destin areas if guests would like to spend their time on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. Coldwater Gardens is the wedding venue. Limited cabins and glamping areas are available on site for Friday and Saturday evening. Reservations are managed through the bride, groom, and mother of the bride. These cabins are "off the grid" and provide a unique experience of being connected with other wedding guests/family with the convenience of not requiring transport to and from the venue. Fire pits, game areas, hiking trails, a creek, and gardens are free to be used by all guests during their stay. Internet is provided in the main terrace area if guests would like to enjoy TV and/or download entertainment onto their devices to enjoy in their individual lodgings. Shuttle

For those staying in central Milton (30 minutes from the venue), a 24 passenger shuttle service will be offered to and from the venue on Saturday evening for the wedding. They will pick up at Holiday Inn at 3:15 PM and will be leaving promptly. They will stop at Best Western directly after the Holiday Inn pickup. They will have return services to the hotels - one leaving around around 9 PM and the other at 10:30 PM.
Travel Note
In the Panhandle area, it is historically colder during the month of February. The latest update for weather for the weekend mentions a high of 60 and a low of 38 degrees. We recommend guests to plan accordingly. Blankets and heaters will be provided at the venue but coats and layers are highly encouraged.
