Milwaukee Art Museum
This was one of our early first dates! We had an amazing time viewing all the beautiful artwork, and we probably will go back because there is so much to explore. It has amazing architecture inside and out!
Milwaukee Public Market
We absolutely love going in here and finding little treats! There is a diverse selection of food and drinks here. It's fresh food from really unique vendors. They also have a REALLY FUN Tiki Bar right outside St. Pauls Fish Company that is always popping if you're looking for a good time! This area is located in the "Historic Third Ward" where there are many other walkable shops and restaurants to go to.
Mitchell Park Domes Horticulture Conservatory
Fun fact - this is still on our list.... With that being said, I've heard endless good reviews about this place and maybe you can go somewhere we have never been and say you have.
Kettle Moraine State Forest - Lapham Peak Unit
Are you looking for a fun outdoor exercise? Lapham Peak has many trails and nature walks that you will definitely enjoy. They have a butterfly reserve on the trail that is pretty neat. However, the butterflies might have migrated by this time of year... They also have a really tall tower (climb it if you dare) but it has a really cool view over all of the forest and out to neighboring cities!
Holy Hill - Basilica and National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians
This church is absolutely STUNNING. If you are looking for foliage and a beautiful church for your visit, this is the one I would recommend seeing in person.
