The couple requests that you attend in your very best attire, and to treat it like the VietAm version of the Met Gala. Cultural clothes, dresses, suits, jumpsuits, and color are very much welcomed. Go all out :) There will be dancing, so wear appropriate shoes Groom's note: Please do not wear white or be prepared to leave.
There is street parking available for free on Sundays in Downtown San Jose, and parking garages available within a few blocks of the venue.
No, we will be following the Vietnamese customs of gifts for the wedded couples. Monetary gifts are appreciated.
Obviously things could change and please be mindful that we are doing are very best to make the event safe. Our #1 priority is to celebrate safely and cautiously, which is the top reason we postponed our wedding last year. We ask that all guests attending be vaccinated, and masks may be used on the day of. Guests may be asked to present their vaccination cards. We will also be distancing the tables for ample room between parties, and sanitation products will be available at all times. The wedding venue will have ventilation and has been hosting small weddings since May without any incidents of infection.
September is quite warm in San Jose, so airy clothing to dance it would be perfect! The venue itself has filtered air conditioning and ample space to roam, so please dress to dance.
