BELIZE TRAVELLER DECLARATION FORM

You must complete a Belize Travel Declaration Form to enter and exit Belize. You can complete a paper copy on the plane. But it's a bit easier if you complete the form in advance. Your airline should send you a link. If not, use this: https://immigration.gov.bz/ and click through to the E-Embarkation Form. Or click View below. THERE IS NO FEE. If the website you're using charges you, it's the wrong website. VERY IMPORTANT: Once you complete the form, save the QR Code. It will NOT be emailed to you. Print it. Take a screenshot. Take a photo of the code on your desktop with your phone (that actually works!) We had to show our QR code three different times to leave the airport. Having the code made the process much smoother. Pro Tip: San Pedro is part of the Belize District. The form will ask.
