Question

Who can attend the wedding ceremony at the church?

Answer

According to the State of Maine guidelines, at this time, we have to limit church attendance to only 50 people, this includes the wedding party, etc. Due to the restricted number of people that can attend, we will have only immediate family members in church.

Question

Will you still have the reception if it rains?

Answer

Yes, the "show must go on" as the saying goes. Bring your umbrella. We will have tents set up to cover the table areas, etc. We will certainly be praying for nice weather during this week and especially for July 3 and we ask you to do the same. We realize that we really can't control things that happen and we simply have to Trust God will guide us through it all.

Question

Are you still going to have a bar?

Answer

People are welcome to BYOB. We will provide coffee, water and soda as well as draft beer.

Question

What do you want for your wedding?

Answer

Our biggest goal is to have our family and friends gathered together with us on this day.

Question

I missed the May 15th RSVP deadline, can I still send it in?

Answer

Yes, we realize there is a lot of uncertainty at this time and there are several things to consider as you decide if you will be able to attend or not. We are asking that you send in all RSVPs back by May 30th so we can finalize our plans. Just a reminder, you are also able to RSVP on this website. Please note that we are fully aware of this whole COVID-19 situation and fully understand if you are not comfortable attending our celebration, we will not think any less of anyone and will respect and understand your decision. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable and at ease to enjoy this day with us.

Question

Will people from other states be attending?

Answer

Yes, we have family and friends from various states attending the wedding.

Question

Will there be any COVID-19 precautions in place?

Answer

Yes, we will have face masks for our guests attending the wedding ceremony in the church as this is mandated. Also in the church people will be seated with appropriate social distancing as this is also mandated. Please keep in mind that this may change but as of this moment we have to follow these protocols. As for the reception, we ask each guest to do as they feel most comfortable, whether that be wearing a face mask or not and/or respecting each others personal space and social distancing to your comfort level. We will also have some hand sanitizer available at the reception.
