Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please refer to the wedding schedule! We are hosting a Welcome Party on Friday evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it would appear when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15pm. You will enter through the main building and be directed to the chapel.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle leaving from the Courtyard hotel for no additional cost. If you would rather drive yourself, there will be free parking at the venue.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Of course! Would it be a Welch Wedding without it? We will be providing liquor, beer, and wine, and doing a champagne toast. As well as a custom koozies to take home as a souvenir.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP and pick your meal choice, please include this information in your preferences. We will be serving chicken or beef as well as a vegan/gluten-free option.
