What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be taking place at The Valerie located at 1281 Blue Ribbon Drive, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin 53066. The Valerie is wheelchair accessible.

If I am staying at the Staybridge hotel, what is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

The Staybridge Hotel is next door, walking distance, from The Valerie.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Guests can park in The Valerie's parking lot, or if staying at the Staybridge Hotel, the Staybridge also has parking available next door to The Valerie.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! A hotel block is available at the Staybridge Hotel. Please see the "Travel" tab for more details.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

No. Since the Staybridge Hotel is next door to The Valerie, a shuttle is not necessary :)

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Mission Barbecue will be catering our event. Our main course options will consist of pulled chicken, pulled pork, and chopped brisket. All sauces will be served on the side.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. where there will be open bar along with appetizers :)

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to provide adequate time for parking and seating.

Can I bring a guest and/or my children?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact the bride or groom with any questions!
