Very cute boutique! Every time we're downtown we stop here to check out the local knick knacks. Plus if you're looking for some Wilmington souvenirs, this is the place to go!
Hugh MacRae Park
If you want to take a nice stroll through a park, this is the place to go! Just minutes down the road from my alma mater UNCW, this park offers long walking trails and a cute pong with turtles and ducks swimming around. A nice, peaceful place to stop in the middle of town. Noah and I visited this park quite a few times while I was attending school in Wilmington.
Wrightsville Beach
If you want to check out the beach while you're here, Wrightsville is beautiful! Forewarning that you have to pay for parking, though.
Port City Java
Our favorite coffee in the area! This small chain of coffee shops started in Wilmington and has since then expanded to Jacksonville and even Raleigh. They boast extra espresso shots in their drinks compared to Starbucks recipes!
Cape Fear Riverboats
Take a tour of the river while enjoying a bite to eat and even a piña colada if you feel like it!
Bellamy Mansion Museum
This is a beautiful estate with lots of history. Noah and I visited the mansion for one of our dates downtown. Fun fact: It was on our short list for wedding venues!

If you are looking for an art museum, this one has great reviews!
Cape Fear Museum of History and Science
Thalian Hall
The whole family came here for a showing of the Addams family one year for Tiffany's birthday. If they are putting on a show the weekend of the wedding, it is highly recommended!
Wilmington Ice House
If you're looking to cool off, this is a great spot! We've visited on numerous occasions for both recreational ice skating and hockey games!
DefyGravity Wilmington Trampoline Park
We came here for our 1st anniversary. It is so much fun! Highlights were the dodgeball court with trampoline walls and a ninja warrior course. Be prepared, it is a bit tiring! We only spend about an hour here.
Yellow Dog Discs
Right next door to UNCW, this is our favorite record store in Wilmington! Sometimes the dog is even there

If you're looking for a record store closer to downtown, this is the place!
Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park
A Wilmington staple, Jungle Rapids offers not only a water park, but also arcade games, laser tag, mini golf, and go carts! We haven't been to the water park together, but we can assure you that the rest of the entertainment is fun!

A quaint, yummy restaurant! Always has Mac n Cheese specialties. This is the restaurant that we dined at the night of the proposal!

Probably our favorite downtown restaurant. We've had countless dates here for their gourmet tacos and refreshing beer list!
