He holds many titles. James, Jim, Dad, Pastor, and the one I know him best by- Grandpa. I grew up watching him lead and always loved hearing him talk about Jesus from the pulpit. One of the fondest memories I have is him teaching me how to ride a bike in Hopkinsville, KY. I wrecked, but he came up, made sure I was okay, and simply said, "Try again.". I remember those words even now that, when I "fall down", I need to "try again." Now I get to have my grandfather be the one to marry me to the one thing (person) I didn't fail in, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
