Though we are unable to predict, generally Charlotte weather in the spring is a very pleasant 65-80 degrees. Please monitor the weather leading up to the event and if necessary, ladies can bring a smock or fan for your personal comfort. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held inside.

No. The wedding and reception are conveniently hosted at the same venue. The wedding will be outside and the reception inside. The Hilton Charlotte Airport will shuttle guests staying at their hotel to the wedding.
Absolutely! We secured a venue with a turf terrain with you and me in mind. :-) Wet, mushy grass is every bride's nightmare! :-)

RSVPs should be received by February 16, 2025. We understand that life is busy and some may forget to RSVP, so we will send out courtesy text and emails periodically. If guests have not responded by March 7, 2025, their non-response will be noted as unable to attend.
Yes. The bar will be open to our guests during the cocktail hour and reception. We will close the bar at 10:30pm. Please drink responsibly or pre-arrange shuttle service or a rideshare.
Guests will enjoy a choice of Marry Me Chicken or Salmon, with sides to include macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, red bliss garlic mashed potatoes, a side salad and wedding cake for dessert. Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour.
