If you plan to utilize the shuttles for the ceremony, please arrive at any of the Cool Springs hotels by 3:55pm to be ready for a 4pm pick up. The first pick up will be at the Hilton Cool Springs, followed by pick ups at the Marriott and Embassy Suites Cool Springs hotels The shuttles will also run throughout the evening to take guests back to select hotels (Cool Springs hotels) as needed
