Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors; however, weather permitting, cocktail hour will be held outdoors

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Graystone Quarry for guests on Saturday, May 9th. If you choose to drive and leave your vehicle overnight, you must pick up your vehicle by 10am on Sunday, May 10th We recommend utilizing rideshare apps to/from The Rux for the welcome party on Friday, May 8th; however, complimentary parking is available for guests staying 2 hours or less, and valet parking is also available

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

We will have shuttles available at select hotels (Cool Springs hotels) on Saturday to transport guests to the venue for the wedding ceremony. The shuttles will also run during and after the reception to take guests back to these select hotels. Please see the bottom of the “Accommodations” tab for shuttle times **Ubers/Lyfts are also available, but we strongly suggest scheduling rides ahead of time if you plan to utilize rides after the reception**

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is cocktail attire The welcome party dress code is dressy casual - e.g., elevated basics including blouses, knit tops, tailored shirts, or sweaters; chinos, dress trousers, or dark, clean-wash jeans; casual dresses or skirts; a blazer or sports jacket is optional

Can I bring my children or a guest?

Answer

Although we love your children, we have decided to have adults-only wedding celebrations both Friday and Saturday. To assist with our coordination, we kindly ask that you only include those indicated on your invitation and RSVP. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
