What is Tassel Rue Farm?

Answer

Tassle Rue Farm is the bride's family farm located off of route 151 that previously served the area as a trading post. After searching high and low for the perfect venue, the farm kept coming up as an option. The sun sets perfectly over the mountain views seen from the old sulky racing track. Together with the bride's family, the couple came up with this newly built venue that makes their big day all that more special. We hope you all enjoy this venue that is literally a dream brought into reality.

Are kids invited?

While we love the little ones in our family, we would like this to be an adult only event. Thank you for understanding!

What's the parking like?

Answer

There will be parking available, but we ask that you try to limit your families number of vehicles if you can. The parking will be in a hilly grassy area, so maybe don't drive a low car

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify how many people are within your party. Please adhere to this in order for us to have a proper guest count

What's the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear cocktail attire. The venue is outdoors and on a field so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear. We suggest that you bring a jacket incase it gets chilly at night

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media? Can I post photos of the event?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer taking photos during the ceremony. We ask that you refrain from taking photos and using your cellphone during this time. Other than that, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #lydiascupofjoe so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
