The nearest airport is Sangster International Airport (MBJ) which is approximately 10 minutes from the hotel and most wedding-related events. MBJ is back up and running after Hurricane Melissa and guests should endeavor to book all travel through this airport for the most streamlined travel itinerary. S Hotel Montego Bay is a luxury, award winning beachfront boutique hotel that sustained minimal damage from Hurricane Melissa. S Hotel is currently operational and is also a Hilton SLH property, so guests will be able to earn and redeem Hilton Honors points, as applicable. Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 nights and are 100% refundable before January 9, 2026.

For guests seeking a convenient and budget-friendly option, Deja Resort is an all-inclusive hotel that is a 4-minute walk from S Hotel, proudly Jamaican-owned, and located along Montego Bay’s Hip Strip. Deja Hotel is accepting January reservations at this time. Reservations are also 100% refundable before January 11, 2026.
Shuttle

We strongly recommend using shuttle or private transportation arranged through your hotel for a smoother, more reliable experience. Our wedding weekend partner hotels, S Hotel Montego Bay and Deja Resort (located 5 minutes from MBJ), both offer shuttles and private transfer options. We are excited to offer a group special for guests staying on the Hip Strip through Wright Choice Tours. We have shared vans reserved to transport guests from MBJ airport to Hip Strip area hotels for $10 USD per person one way. Please contact Wright Choice Tours (see below) to share your flight arrival and departure times and indicate you are a part of “Lydia and Scott’s wedding party” to receive the special rate.
