Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Springy, semi-formal attire. Think florals, light colors, and dressy outfits. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, and layers are recommended as we'll be both outdoors and indoors.

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to allow for parking and seating. Appetizers, a plated dinner, and cake will be served. To help us plan, please RSVP and select a main entree for each adult, a kid's plate for all guests 12 and under, and please note any food allergies. Full Itinerary: 4:00PM Music and seating begin for the outdoor, shaded ceremony. 4:30 PM - Ceremony begins. We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony and kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras be put away until after the ceremony. 5:15PM - Appetizers and cool drinks served in the outdoor courtyard. Open air photo booth available. 6:00PM - Doors open to the Pavilion/Reception hall (air conditioned). 6:15PM to 10:00PM - Miscellaneous festivities including a full-plated meal, first dance, toasts, and more.
