Welcome Event

We are encouraging guests to arrive 30-45 minutes early. Parking will be on the grass in one of the fields behind the barn. There will be signs and people to help point you in the right direction as well as cars already parked there which will help you to navigate where to go. We will have lawn games out for our guests while you are waiting for the ceremony to start. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, we look forward to sharing our big day with all of you!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outside so we would suggest not wearing heels as the ground might be soft.
Our ceremony will be starting right at 4:00pm. It is taking place outside and although this is a late summer wedding the weather can be unpredictable so plan accordingly. We suggest wearing or bringing sunscreen and having water with you to stay hydrated!
Cocktail hour
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm

We will have a charcuterie van for light snacking and our mobile bar available.
Reception

At this time everyone will head into the barn and the wedding party will enter shortly. First we will have first dances, following that will be dinner. For dinner we are having salad and pizza! We will be having pizza from two of our favorite places! Slab Sicilian pizza and Portland flat bread. We will have a small portion of gluten free pizza to accommodate those who may be gluten free. However guests are welcome to bring their own food if they are unable to eat the pizza. We are so excited to share some of our favorite places to eat with our family and friends!
Speeches
7:30 pm
During dinner we will have speeches by the matron of honor and best man.
Cake Cutting
8:00 pm
We will have a small cutting cake but the main dessert for guests will be donuts from eighty8donuts!
Dance Floor Opens!
8:00 pm
After the cake cutting the dance floor will be opening and the party will be getting started!
Guests depart
9:35 pm
At this time guests will be asked to leave as we will not be doing a formal exit.
