Both airports are exactly an hour away from the venue. I would check out options at both airports but Austin usually has better deals.
Hotel
It is the closest hotel to the venue at about 15 mins. The welcome reception at the Real Ale Brewery is right next door to the hotel. You must call the hotel to reserve with the room block.

We will have several shuttles running to pick up and drop off guests from their hotels and the various places people are staying. We will let people know an ETA of the shuttle pick up schedule as we get closer to the day.
