We have a block of rooms available for our guests at both hotels. Please remember that availability is limited and all reservations must be made by 10/3/23 in order to receive the room rate associated with our block. If for some reason you are told they do not have any more rooms available, please let us know so we can either request more rooms or provide recommendations or alternative accommodations if necessary. There will be a shuttle to and from the hotels with the pick-up spot for ALL guests being at the Holiday Inn. Both the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn share a parking lot, so those staying at the Hampton Inn do not have to walk far. First pick up: 3:45pm. Second pick up: 4:20pm. The shuttles returning to the hotel from the venue will begin running at 9:30pm, and will run as needed. The last shuttle for guests returning to the hotel will be at 11:00pm.
