Things to know

VENUE LOCATION - The venue is a 30-minute drive from Red Wing and on the Wisconsin side of the Mississippi River in Stockholm, so please keep that in mind when deciding where you'll be staying and whether you'll be taking the shuttle or driving. AIRBNB LOCATIONS - For those booking Airbnbs, although Lake City looks close to Stockholm on a map, it is across the Mississippi River and the nearest crossing is Red Wing, so it's a farther drive than it may appear! Keep this in mind for any Airbnb locations on the Minnesota side of the river. OVERNIGHT VENUE PARKING - If you choose to drive to the venue but decide at the end of the night it will be safest to take the shuttle back to the hotel, you are welcome to leave your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up in the morning.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Wing

We have reserved a block of rooms here for $200 (King) and $215 (Double Queen) per night. To book your reservation within the block, call the hotel and provide code HLW. PLEASE NOTE that reservations within the block must be made by 7/12/25, though you can still make a standard reservation after this date. We will be providing shuttle rides to and from the reception that will pick up and drop off at this location.

We have reserved a block of rooms here for $189 (Double Queen) per night. To book your reservation within the block, call the hotel and ask for the Lusch Wedding Block. PLEASE NOTE that reservations within the block must be made by 8/12/25, though you can still make a standard reservation after this date. This hotel is next door to the Holiday Inn where the shuttle will pick up and drop off so folks staying at either hotel can easily catch a ride!

A complimentary shuttle will be providing rides to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Wing and the venue. Please note that there will only be one trip from the hotel to the venue, departing at 2:45pm. After dinner, the shuttle will run more or less continuously as needed between the hotel and venue with the final ride to the hotel departing at midnight. If you choose to drive to the venue but end up having a bit more fun than anticipated, please feel free to utilize the shuttle and park your car for free at the venue overnight.
