If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and during the online RSVP process. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify!
We’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event. We hope this will be a fun night out for you to relax and enjoy! Thank you for understanding.

Yes! As of now we plan to have a shuttle that will transport guests from the Holiday Inn Express in Red Wing, to the venue and back. Please note that there will only be one trip from the hotel to the venue, departing at 2:45pm. After dinner, the shuttle will run more or less continuously as needed between the hotel and venue with the final ride to the hotel departing at midnight. If you choose to drive to the venue but end up having a bit more fun than anticipated, please feel free to utilize the shuttle and park your car for free at the venue overnight.
MSP is the most convenient airport to fly in and out of. It is an hour drive from the airport to Red Wing (where our hotel blocks are located) and an additional 30 minutes to the venue. See upcoming FAQs for hotel block and shuttle information.
The gift registry will be active after June 29th. We're fortunate to already have most of the things we need for our home, so instead of a traditional registry, we've created a honeymoon fund for anyone who would like to contribute to our first trip as newlyweds to Greece! That said, there’s absolutely no expectation or obligation—just having you celebrate with us is more than enough! If you would like to contribute, please visit the Registry tab of our website.
Our dress code is semi-formal. For women, we suggest mid-length dresses, dressy separates, or a stylish jumpsuit. For men, anything from a button-down and slacks to a basic suit and tie works great—no need to go ultra-formal. Please keep in mind that (weather permitting) the ceremony, cocktail hour and dancing will be outdoors on grass and gravel. Ladies, if you opt for heels go with a block or wedge vs. anything that might sink into grass or make it difficult to walk on uneven ground. Boots, sandals or dressy flats are perfectly fine! We want everyone to feel stylish but practical and comfortable for the setting. Additionally, consider bringing a light layer in case it gets a bit chilly in the evening as dancing begins. Lastly, feel free to have a little fun with your look—whimsy, color, and personal flair are very much encouraged! Please arrive no later than 3:45pm for the 4:00pm ceremony to allow yourself time to find a seat and get settled before things get started.
Yes! There is ample free parking at the venue, and you are welcome to leave your car overnight if needed.
We don’t have a strict end time for the event—once the ceremony and dinner are over, we’ll keep the celebration going as long as the vibes are good! We’ve rented the venue for the entire weekend, so there’s no set cutoff for the reception, and we definitely plan to make the most of it. While there won’t be an official after-party at a separate location, there’s a bonfire pit on the property, and we’ll likely wind down the night there once the dancing wraps up. You’re welcome to head out whenever you’re ready—no pressure to stay until the last dance (unless you want to!). Feel free to hang out and enjoy the evening for as long as you’d like.
Yes! We’ll have a full open bar for you to enjoy throughout the evening. All we ask is that you drink responsibly and take care of yourselves and each other—we want everyone to have a great time and get home safely. Cheers!
Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of delicious options! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions when prompted during the RSVP process.

We’re not having a full wedding party, but Adam’s twin brother, Eric, and Maddy’s best friend, Jenna, will be the Best Man and Maid of Honor
