To ensure an intimate and exclusive experience, we kindly ask that our guests please reserve a room at Chalet View Lodge for our wedding weekend using the room block information provided below. All (52) rooms at the resort will be held exclusively for our wedding guests until (60) days prior to our event. We encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible to secure the room type that best suits your needs. When selecting arrival and departure dates, please do not change the quantity of rooms or people [leave as 1 room, 2 people regardless of quantity of rooms or people in your party] to ensure all available options are displayed. Chalet View Lodge is a small boutique hotel that is unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please keep all events start time in mind when making your reservations.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

For guests flying from out of town, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be the easiest and most efficient airport to fly into. The Reno-Tahoe airport is ~50 minute drive to Chalet View Lodge.
