This will be an adults-only wedding. While we love your children, we politely request no children attend any of the wedding day-of events.

All events, including our Welcome Party, will be held on site at Chalet View Lodge. On Friday May 29, the Welcome Party will be held outside. On Saturday May 30, the Ceremony and Cocktail Hours will be held outside. The Reception will be held in a heated tent.
Yes, if you would like to modify or cancel your reservation please email heather@chaletview.com. For cancellations, we request that you please notify the couple of your request to cancel and that all non-emergency cancellations be made no less than (4) weeks before the wedding. This will allow us the opportunity to plan accordingly and provide additional guests the opportunity to book a room at Chalet View Lodge. We kindly ask that if you book a room, and RSVP yes, that you maintain your commitment to joining us to celebrate our wedding - we promise you'll have a great time! Please note that per hotel policy, for cancellations made within (72) hours of your scheduled check-in, your deposit will be forfeited.
