Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only wedding. While we love your children, we politely request no children attend any of the wedding day-of events.

What is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

The option to RSVP will become available after formal invitations are sent in a few months. However, if you excited and plan to RSVP 'yes!', we would love for you to reserve your room at Chalet View Lodge now to let us know of your plans!

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

All events, including our Welcome Party, will be held on site at Chalet View Lodge. The Welcome Party, Cocktail Hour, and Ceremony will be held outside. The Reception will be held in a heated tent.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to modify or cancel your reservation please email heather@chaletview.com. For cancellations, we request that you please notify the couple of your request to cancel and that all non-emergency cancellations be made no less than (4) weeks before the wedding. This will allow us the opportunity to plan accordingly and provide additional guests the opportunity to book a room at Chalet View Lodge. We kindly ask that if you book a room, and RSVP yes, that you maintain your commitment to joining us to celebrate our wedding - we promise you'll have a great time! Please note that per hotel policy, for cancellations made within (72) hours of your scheduled check-in, your deposit will be forfeited.
