If you were given a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and on your RSVP form. If no guest name or “and guest” appears, the invitation is for you only. To keep our wedding within capacity, we aren’t able to accommodate additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Please arrive by 2:30 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. 3:00 PM – Ceremony 3:30 PM – Cocktail Hour 5:00 PM – Dinner Reception 8:00 PM – Dancing Begins 12:00 AM – Reception Ends ✨

Please be at the ceremony for 2:30pm to give yourself enough time to find your seat. Ceremony will start at 3:00pm sharp.

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service for our guests. A shuttle will be picking up guests from the Red Deer Resort & Casino at 1:45pm sharp, and transporting them to the venue. At the end of the night, shuttles will return guests back to the Red Deer Resort & Casino. If you plan on enjoying drinks throughout the evening, we kindly encourage you to use the shuttle service for a safe and stress-free ride.

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available in the designated parking areas. Please park only in the marked lots and avoid driving or parking on the grass. Guests may not sleep in their vehicles overnight, but cars can remain on-site until 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
