What time should I arrive at the wedding? / V kolik hodin bych měl(a) dorazit na svatbu?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 11AM. Activities will likely start shortly after 12PM (noon). --- Hosté mohou začít přijíždět v 11:00 hodin. Aktivity pravděpodobně začnou krátce po poledni.

Question

What will the ceremony look like? / Jak bude obřad vypadat?

Answer

If the weather is nice, the ceremony will be outside in the garden. If the weather is not nice, we will either get married outside under a wedding tent or inside. Dinner and dancing will be inside. --- Pokud bude hezké počasí, obřad proběhne venku na zahradě. Pokud počasí bude nepříznivé, bude se konat pod svatební šapitó nebo uvnitř. Večeře a tanec budou ve stodole.

Are there any events other than the one listed on the website (e.g. rehearsal dinner, anything else)? / Konají se i jiné akce kromě těch uvedených na webových stránkách (např. zkouška obřadu, něco jiného)?

Answer

No other events are happening. The wedding day and the breakfast the next day are the only wedding events. --- Žádné jiné akce se nekonají. Svatba a snídaně následující den jsou jediné svatební události.

What should I wear? / Co bych si měl(a) obléct?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire - not too formal but still celebratory. The grass will be soft so account for that with shoe-choice. --- Doporučujeme koktejlové oblečení – ne příliš formální, ale stále slavnostní. Tráva bude měkká, takže s tím prosím počítejte při výběru obuvi.

Should I bring any gifts? / Mám přinést nějaké dary?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and we will not have any extra room in our luggage. If you would like to contribute to our future together, we would be grateful for a cash/check gift as is traditional at Czech weddings. There will be a designated table at the venue for this. Please do not feel pressured to make a contribution, we know traveling can be expensive. --- Vaše přítomnost na naší svatbě je ten největší dar (a v našich zavazadlech nebudeme mít moc místa navíc). Pokud byste chtěli přispět k naší společné budoucnosti, budeme vděční za finanční dar. Na místě bude k dispozici vyhrazený stůl.

How will I know if I can stay at the venue? / Mohu přespat na místě konání svatby?

Answer

We will reach out via email to guests who will be able to stay at the venue. If you want to camp, you are welcome to stay :) --- Spojíme se s vámi přes email jestli ano. Pokud si berete stan tak samozřejmě můžete.

What if I have a dietary restriction? / Co když mám dietní omezení?

Answer

Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions on the RSVP. We will be able to connect with the venue to accommodate these. --- Dejte nám prosím vědět o jakýchkoli dietních omezeních v odpovědi na pozvánku (RSVP). Budeme se moci zajistit potřebné úpravy.

Are kids welcome? / Můžu přijet i s dětmi?

Answer

Kids are welcome. There will be 4 high seats available at the ceremony. If you need any special accommodations for your kids, please let us know. --- Děti jsou vítány. Na obřadu budou k dispozici 4 dětské židličky. Pokud potřebujete pro své děti nějaké speciální úpravy, dejte nám prosím vědět.

Are dogs welcome? / Můžu si s sebou vzít psa?

Answer

We love floofs! At the same time, we want to make sure everyone can enjoy the wedding. You may see a dog or two from the immediate family at the wedding, but otherwise we are sadly going to ask that your pups stay home. If you can’t attend without bringing your dog, please let us know. --- Chlupáče máme rádi! Zároveň chceme zajistit, aby si svatbu užili všichni. Na svatbě uvidíte jednoho nebo dva psy z nejbližší rodiny, ale jinak prosím nechte mazlíčky doma. Pokud se nemůžete zúčastnit bez svého psa, dejte nám prosím vědět.

Where do I park a car if I am driving? How do I get to the wedding if I don’t have a car? / Kde mohu zaparkovat auto? Jak se dostanu na svatbu, pokud nemám auto?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. There is also more information on the transportation page about how to get to the venue. If you need transport to the wedding, please indicate this in your RSVP along with the location from which you need the transportation. --- Na místě konání je parkoviště. Více informací o dopravě na místo konání najdete taky na stránce o dopravě. Pokud potřebujete dopravu na svatbu, uveďte to prosím ve své odpovědi na pozvánku (RSVP) spolu s místem, odkud potřebujete dopravu zajistit.

Can I bring a plus one? / Mohu si vzít s sebou plus jedničku?

Answer

Your invite will say whether the invitation includes a plus one. Please let us know on the RSVP if you are bringing a guest. --- Pozvánka upřresní jestli zahrnuje plus jedničku. Dejte nám prosím vědět ve své odpovědi na pozvánku (RSVP), pokud s sebou berete hosta.
