Flight

South Bend International Airport (SBN)

South Bend is the closest airport, but flights can be expensive unless you find Allegiant ones (spoken from Mackenzie's extensive Tampa Allegiant experience). There are not a lot of direct flights, so you may likely have to connect. A lot of times, people choose to fly into Chicago instead. (Information on that below).

Flight

Chicago Midway Airport (MDW)

Midway is a hub for Southwest. You can get to the South Shore line from Midway by taking the Orange line to the loop and then getting off at Washington/Wabash and walking 5 minutes to Millennium Station.

Flight

Chicago O'Hare

This is another big airport in Chicago, and a hub for both American and United. To get to the South Shore Line from here, you get on the Blue line and take it to Washington and walk like 5 minutes to Millennium Station.

Train

South Shore Line (Chicago to South Bend)

You can get on the train at Millennium Station and take it to South Bend Airport. It takes just over 3 hours. Then you would need to uber/taxi from the airport to your hotel and rideshare/carpool to and from the hotel, Mass, and reception. This is typically more affordable than renting a car in Chicago, but it can add up if you have to take multiple ubers/taxis.

For all the days along the way
