We're getting married!

They first met for coffee and Kavita thought Luke looked like Clark Kent. Then they went to a farmer's market and Luke bought her lunch. After that they started hanging out every weekend.

One Friday evening Kavita came home from work to find Luke sitting on the couch. He told her he'd forgotten to go grocery shopping for ingredients for that night's dinner. Tired, but determined to cook that evening, she started to ask Luke to come with her to go to get groceries. Luke said before we do that...and then he proposed! Kavita quietly screamed, which is apparently possible. The ring was his grandmother's and it was beautiful. The proposal was sweet and they both got teary-eyed until a car started honking incessantly right outside, interrupting Luke's heartfelt proposal of marriage. They both started laughing and hugged and kissed. They called their families and told them the good news. Then Luke told Kavita he actually had made reservations for them at The Tempest, a swanky seafood restaurant where they both loved downing oysters. It was a magical night.
