Wedding Party

Meet our family & friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Olivia Sheffer

Maid of Honor

Our story goes waaaay back. Sisters, best friends, competitors, dance partners, Wubs&Tubs, and the list goes on and on. Olivia is the person I turn to for just about everything in my life big or small. Even 1,500 miles can't keep us apart (as I call her about 3 times a day). They say you can't pick your family, but I would always choose her.

Emily Riha

Bridesmaid

Have you ever met someone and instantly became best friends? Well it's real, and it happened with me and Emily. In fact, we both can't even recall how or when we met. All I know is that it had something to do with the Math Empo at Virginia Tech and the rest is history.

Hayley Fox

Bridesmaid

It would not be a celebration without Hayley! The life of the party. The one who knows how to spice up life and keep you on your toes. Hayley and I met at Virginia Tech when pledging for XDA, our service sorority. From freshman pledges to grad school classmates, we've been through it all, so I knew I needed her there with me on my big day.

Rachel Grove

Bridesmaid

My XDA biggie! Rachel and I met when I was pledging XDA. She quickly became a sister that I admired for her love of service and passion for OT. I followed her from VT to MDCHS, from sorority sisters to OT colleagues, she is my biggest supporter and cheerleader. I had the pleasure of standing with her on her wedding day and I can't wait for her to be there for mine.

Marisa Craig

Bridesmaid

Speaking of quick friends... Marisa and I met in grad school as we were anatomy cadaver lab partners. Simply put, you get to know someone really well when you spend a few hours a day dissecting a human body together. From daily car rides to and from school and OrangeTheory workouts, she became one of my closest friends and perhaps the sole reason I survived grad school.

Matt Weston

Best Man

Matt, man where do I even begin. Matt and I met in Kindergarten and have been best buds ever since. From out mutual love of sports, to our craze for music, there is a lot that we have in common that allowed us to grow as friends. In fact, we are such good friends that he even followed me to Virginia Tech and insisted on being roommates freshman year (a little weird, right?). All jokes aside, Matt and I have been through a lot together. During the hardest times of my life, after losing my Dad to cancer while I was in college, Matt was always there for me and helped me through the dark days. Matt, you have been one of the best friends a guy could as for and I can't thank you enough for that, cheers brother!

Zac LaBua

Groomsman

Zac and I met in 2nd grade and have been best friends ever since. Growing up, we both had a love for exotic cars and military planes (and still do). We would often travel to airshows or exotic car dealerships which were some of the best memories of my earlier childhood. When we weren't traveling to the Ferrari dealerships or Andrews Air Force Base, you could find us out on the river fishing (me catching fish and Zac catching rocks) or in the woods in search of deer that more times than not proved to be elusive. Zac has always been there for me when I am in need of a listening ear or a voice of reason and I am very thankful to have him as one of my best friends!

Dylan May

Groomsman

Dylan and I go back to Kindergarten. Growing up, we both played sports - mainly basketball and golf (neither of which Dylan can beat me at, but we won't talk about that) and we constantly challenged each other to become better through the years. One of my greatest achievements in my life to this point is helping to convert Dylan from a Wahoo to a Hokie - a task rarely accomplished. Dylan has always been the spirit of positivity and the life of the party within our group of friends and I am blessed to have him as one of my best friends!

Harry Camper

Groomsman

My big brother (even though I am about 5 inches taller).. From the day I was born, to all the days ahead, Harry is someone I can turn to for anything and I know he will always have my back no matter the circumstance. Harry, thanks for all the laughs and good times and for always being a shoulder to lean on when things get tough, you mean the world to me brotherman!

Jack Darrah

Groomsman

Jack and I met early on in high school and what started as a normal friendship quickly matured into a brotherhood. Jack was basically my brother from another mother throughout our high school years and I probably spent more time with him than I did with myself. Most of our time was spent out on the golf course, constantly challenging each other to become better players (though we wont talk about both of our run in's with the shanks, golf's most dreaded problem). If you are in search for a good time, or a hunting guide, Jack is your guy!
