When should we book our travel?

Answer

Jenna and Luke would highly recommend booking your travel as early as possible! September is a busy wedding month in Minnesota and it is some good fall colors in Duluth, which means hotel rooms may go quickly. Please see the "Travel" section of the website for further details.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

This will be posted on the formal invitation you will be receiving Summer 2023.

WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE AFTER I RSVP?

Answer

Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible. We understand that plans can change last minute and we don't want you to attend if you are not feeling well.

ARE MY KIDS INVITED?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, this will be an adults only wedding with the exception of a few kiddos who have special roles in our day or are traveling from out of state. We hope this advance notice allows you to plan accordingly, so you can celebrate with us!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation, thank you for your understanding.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be held outside (hopefully no rain or snow, it is Duluth... in which case it will be moved indoors) and the reception will be inside the event space!

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, any vehicle in the parking lot after 12:00am will not be able to leave the property until the following morning, at 7:30am. Duluth has seen a decline in the Uber/Lyft services since COVID. There will be transportation service between the hotels and the event center, before the wedding and throughout the night.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Break out the cute jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, dress shirt, sports coat, just no jeans or hats please!

Can I take pictures or videos on my phone at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so please silence all devices and keep them in your purses/pockets during that time. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony, so please let them do their thing! Once the ceremony is over, snap as many pictures as you want!
