We met at our friends "Ham Party" in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Jenna impressed Luke with, her one time only, beer pong skills, and Luke caught Jenna's eye with his jorts, height, and beard! Lots of walks around Lake of the Isles with Bailey and nights in at the Fremont House have brought us to today!

Luke wanted to propose around Duluth, MN, Jenna's hometown, but he wanted it to be her idea to spend the weekend there. Jenna booked an Air BnB, for the weekend in Two Harbors, with the same friends that hosted the "Ham Party". We spent Friday night at Castle Danger Brewery and joking that we would get married in February 2028. Saturday morning we hiked around Split Rock Lighthouse and walked down by the lake. We went to take the classic Instagram picture when Luke got on one knee and asked Jenna to spend forever together! We then got to surprise and celebrate with Jenna's family and friends in Duluth with homemade pizza, champagne, and lots of confetti!! We also got to facetime and call Luke's family and friends - it was so special sharing our news with everyone!
