The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, walking to the ceremony area, and finding a seat before we begin. We want everyone comfortably seated and ready when the music starts!
Yes! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. Think garden party in the spring, such as midi to long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or skirts, and for men, dress pants with a button-down or sport coat. We kindly ask guests to avoid blue jeans. Please keep in mind that our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors on grass, so choose footwear accordingly. Heels are welcome, but block heels or wedges may be more comfortable. We also encourage fun, seasonal colors like pastels, florals, and spring tones to complement the setting.
Due to a very limited guest count, we’re only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If a plus-one has been allotted for you, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.
While we adore your little ones, our guest list is very limited, so we’re only able to include the children who are specifically invited. If your children are welcome to attend, their names will be included on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.
Yes! We have a list of nearby hotel options under the “Travel” tab on our website. However, we also encourage guests to explore beyond those suggestions. Cities like Hilton Head, Charleston, and Savannah are all within about an hour’s drive and offer endless hotels, rentals, and unique places to stay. Feel free to find the spot that fits you best for a fun weekend getaway!
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Cotton Hall. With our smaller guest count, there will be more than enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably.
