Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you feel inclined to give more, please contribute to our registry located on our website. There is a tab at the top of this page.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand & enjoy a night out! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors and the reception is indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. This means cocktail attire. Please no white clothing, daytime/informal dresses, or jeans.

What shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a deck and the reception will be indoors. You will not be walking on any grassy areas.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we kindly ask that all phones and other electronic devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

We are requiring all of our guests to ride the shuttles to and from the venue, unless approved by us at least 2 weeks in advance. The shuttle schedule will accommodate people who want to leave immediately after dinner, the people who want to stay until the very end, and everyone in-between. If you have any questions or special circumstances you want to discuss with us, please don't hesitate to reach out!

When can I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check-in at the Ameristar is normally 4:00 PM, but they have graciously made an exception to their policy and will allow guests booked under the Woodall-Hourigan party to check in anytime after 11:00 AM.

Question

When and where do I need to be for shuttle pick up?

Answer

All shuttles will be picking up guests at the Ameristar Hotel at 3:15 PM. For those guests only staying at the hotel the night of the 16th, please plan accordingly. If you need to discuss options, please let us know.
