We Are getting married! #VivaLAEnglish

It all started back in 2017 at Xavier University, where fate (and a lot of running) brought us together. We both were on the track team and spent countless hours at practices together. We officially met at the Cintas Center, where we bonded over required athlete yoga, late-night study sessions, and spontaneous ice cream runs to fuel Abby's nightly ice cream addiction. Before we knew it, friendship turned into something more, and we spent most of college side by side—not just as teammates, but as partners. After graduating, we traded textbooks for ferry rides and made the bold decision to move to Mackinac Island, Michigan. It was a magical and adventurous chapter of our lives, where we worked hard, soaked in the views, and started saving for our future together. Eventually, we settled down in Luke’s home state of Connecticut, where we now live in Milford—just steps away from the sand and sea at Walnut Beach. We share our home with our two cats- Kiki and Peekaboo. On January 18th, 2025, Luke planned a surprise proposal that was nothing short of incredible. He secretly flew both of our families down to Panama City Beach, Florida, and surprised Abby with a beach engagement, a beautiful ring, and the best part—celebrating with our whole family. We ended the night with champagne, oysters, and an unforgettable dinner. And now, we can’t wait to celebrate the next step in our journey—with all of you by our side.
