Nope - a shuttle is not necessary as our hotel (listed on Travel & Accommodations page) is directly next to the venue.
Doors of the venue will open up 30 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled.
We want to spend as much time celebrating with our friends and family as possible. Expect a short ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour with light bites, then dinner. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner/reception are all in the same building, so no need to plan additional travel time in between.

Yes - there is a hotel block reserved at the Hilton Double Tree in Neenah, WI. When booking, select "Special Rates" and enter discount code "VJW." If you get an message that the hotel block is full - please contact Abbie as soon as possible and she will request more rooms to be added.
Simply put, no. We have hired very talented photographers to capture our special day and want our guest to enjoy the moment with us. We will share all these photos once they are returned back to us. Once the reception starts, please take as many photos as you’d like.
We'll be serving light bites during the cocktail hour, followed by a pasta bar buffet for dinner. Pasta bar will include a ceasar salad, pasta noodles, your choice of sauce and protein, roasted veggies and baked bread.
