3:00 - 4:00 pm: Transportation to venue 3:30 - 5:00 pm: Cocktail hour 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Ceremony 6:00 - 7:00 pm: Dinner 7:00 - 11:45 pm: Reception 8:30 - 11:45 pm: Transportation back from venue Transportation details: buses will shuttle from Walmart at 4000 US-93 BUS (also 4000 Brooks St) Missoula, MT 59804 (on the south end near the garden center) to the wedding venue at 3 PM and 3:45 PM. If you haven’t yet told us what shuttle time you plan to take, please reach out to us. A bus will shuttle guests back to Walmart from 8:30-midnight, running every 30-45 minutes. Reception details: dancing, drinks, cake, celebration, and more. Around 9:00 pm we'll have a late night snack and coffee bar.
