Luka and Kacper met freshman year at UC San Diego when they lived in the same dorm and were teammates on the water polo team. They instantly bonded over growing up in European households where the traditions, food, and family stories were a little different—but always hilarious. Although Kacper has been living in Europe for the past few years, they welcome every chance they get to catch up.
Lana Abelson

Lana is Luka’s older sister and now Kylie gets to try being the baby of a family for once. Lana treated Kylie like a sister since day one and is always there to share some wisdom or discuss the latest in reality TV. The two now get promoted from sister-in-love to sister-in-law!

Luka finally got the brother he always wanted when his sister, Lana, married the one and only Zach Abelson! Zach has more range than an Opera singer. He can do it all, from delivering babies to giving the best advice to being the psychedelic rock keyboard god. Zach is the man.
Cole Alves

Kylie met Cole during their summer internship at the Stanford Athletic Department in 2018. They became fast friends and have been inseparable ever since. Their favorite tradition is their annual Carmel spa day and attending Noah Kahan concerts.
Marko Asic

Marko and Luka met when the groom started playing water polo at Marko’s family’s club. They became childhood best friends after spending their entire weekends playing water polo and eating Čevapi and Lamb. After 20 years of practice together, they’ve finally perfected their Borat impressions.
Kasey Tasciotti

Kylie met Kasey on a summer trip that brought greek life leaders from all over the country to Israel. They hit it off right away and while she is Kylie's long-distance bestie in Maryland, they always pick up right where they left off. This is a full circle moment as Kylie was a bridesmaid in Kasey’s wedding.
Luka Karaman

The Luka’s met in the water polo scene as well, when Luka K moved to the U.S. from Croatia to join the same club as Marko and Luka V. Don’t ask them to sing Hallelujah at the end of the night, not because they won’t sing it well, but because their dad’s Pedja and Tonko will piggyback on and join the party as well.
Lexi Becker

Lexi was Kylie’s suitemate freshman year at Chapman. They bonded quickly over their love of Disney and crazy family similarities. They lived together all 4 years at their house, The Duchess. Fun fact: Kylie gave Lexi her favorite ear piercing.
Jack Ellinthorpe
Groomsman
Jack is Luka’s American “brate”. They played water polo at UCSD together. Usually not a lot of “catching up” happens when they hang out, it’s mostly just laughter for hours straight. Jack is a random history fact connoisseur and absolutely can do the best worm you’ve ever seen.
Maya Weintraub

Maya was also Kylie’s suitemate as freshmen and they lived together all 4 years. Recently, Maya and Kylie traveled to France and later to Croatia with Misha and Kacper eating great food, swimming and having the time of their lives.
Vishnu Reddy

Vishnu and Luka met when they lived together in the historic Tuna Cavern at UCSD. To this day, Vishnu is likely the only other person Luka has met that knows more about sports than he does. When the 2 of them aren’t watching a game, they can either be found working on their golf game or scheming their next big sports bet
Misha Maguire

While Misha only lived with Kylie for a semester junior year of college, they developed a close friendship. They have traveled around Europe together and always make time to meet halfway for dinner dates as often as they can.
Cooper Milton

Luka and Cooper played water polo together at UCSD as well. Cooper epitomizes good vibes, always the life of the party and down for any adventure. These 2 love a good time and a good dance floor. You’ll definitely see him out there grooving.
