Shuttle Pick-up Service
9:30 am - 10:30 am

Two shuttles will pick guests up at 9:30AM CST in front of Hyatt House Downtown Austin/Downtown to transport guests to the wedding venue (The Arlo, west of downtown). There is a parking garage next to the hotel pick-up location where guests can park their vehicles. Note that the shuttles won't be returning to this exact location after the reception; instead, the shuttles will be dropping all guests off at Holdout Brewing in Austin (about 10-15 min away driving).
Guests' Arrival
10:30 am - 11:00 am

Guests should arrive at the Venue by 10:30AM the morning of the wedding, and are encouraged to use the shuttle service we have provided for everyone :) Sparkling water will be provided to guests prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 11:00AM.
Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will be held inside in the room with the large window facing the parking lot. ✧: *✧･ﾟ:* NO PHONES PLEASE *:･ﾟ✧*:✧ Please abstain from using your phones throughout the ceremony. This includes any and all personal photos. We've hired a professional photographer that will be in charge of memorializing the ceremony :)
Champagne on Front Lawn
11:15 am - 11:30 am

Champagne will be passed out immediately following the ceremony prior to the main reception on the back lawn.
Reception and Solar Eclipse
11:30 am - 4:00 pm

Reception will be held on the back lawn by the fireplace. There will be plenty of seating and lawn games for everyone. Hors d'oeuvres will be passed during the first hour of the reception, followed by food stations for the remainder of the reception. There will also be an open bar offering the essentials, plus two or three signature cocktails. The partial eclipse will begin at 12:16 PM CST, and will continue until totality at 1:35 PM CST (lasting about one and a half minutes). The other half of partial eclipse will continue until 2:57PM CST.
Holdout Brewing / Better Half Coffee and Cocktails
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Shuttles will be available to all guests for transportation from the wedding venue at 4:00 PM CST. Guests will be dropped off at Hold Out Brewing / Better Half Coffee and Cocktails for a casual after party/hangout. This location is about a 10-15 min drive from the original pick-up location (in case you left a vehicle in the garage near Hyatt House).
