Please RSVP by May 13th. We’re unable to accommodate responses after this date, as our vendors require final guest counts. Space is limited, so we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests beyond the number of people listed in your RSVP, including children.
🌿 What to Wear Our celebration is a formal beer‑garden–themed wedding, blending elegance to the outdoors. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside, so feel free to dress in formal attire that’s comfortable for sunshine and fresh air. A little sunscreen will go a long way. The reception space includes large grassy areas, so if you plan to wear heels, we recommend choosing styles that won’t sink into the ground—think block heels, wedges, or heel protectors.
The ceremony will take place at a restaurant, and guests who arrive early are welcome to enjoy a drink at the bar. Please note that the ceremony bar will be self-pay.
The reception space opens at 5:00 PM for cocktail hour. If you’d like to enjoy a drink before entering the reception area, those beverages will be self‑pay. Once inside the reception space, the bar will be fully open and all drinks will be included for our guests throughout the evening. Cheers to celebrating together.
Here are a few details about the reception that may be helpful for you to know: - Due to limited time, we will not be having an open mic for speeches. If you would like to leave us a note, we will have a phone service for you to record your message on. - We will be having a traditional money dance. If you would like to participate, feel free to bring cash for a dance with the bride and groom! - If dancing is not your thing, there will be lawn and board games for your entertainment
Parking is self‑parking at both the ceremony and reception locations. Feel free to arrive early enough and park in any available guest spot.
There will be a short drive from the ceremony to the reception. Please plan for a 10‑minute commute as you make your way between the two locations.
